• Race HQ will be stocked with Electrolytes (Fizz), water, fruit, lollies and other yummy goods. We will have some hot foods during the night time Noodles, Soup, Spuds, Hot tea and coffee.

• Professional First Aid and medical support on course and the event HQ.

• NO Support Crews.

• NO Support Crews.

• Electrolytes (Fizz), water, fruit, lollies and other yummy goods.

• Professional First Aid and medical support on course.

PORTABLE TOILET LOCATIONS

• Portable toilets will be available at Race HQ and at the Aid Stations

AID STATIONS are about 8-9 KM apart = 5 Aid Stations 

THERE IS 3 ACROSS THE 25KM COURSE.
